New Registration Guidelines for Fall 2008 Regular Registration dates have been posted on the events calendar.

THE FOLLOWING PROCESS WILL BE USED FOR REGISTRATION FOR THE FALL 2008 SEASON

Logon to http://www.eayso.org and pre-register your child and print three (3) copies of the pre-registration forms provided through the registration process.

• Three (3) copies of the Parent's volunteer form and a copy of driver's license (The parent must register as a volunteer as well.)

Prepare the following forms:

• Three (3) copies of the pre-registration form (as mentioned above);
• Copy of Birth certificate, passport or baptismal certificate if your child has never played at AYSO Region 795 or did not play last year (2007 or prior);
• A check in the amount of $135.00 for the 1st child, $250.00 for the 2nd child and $370.00 for the third child. After June 1st, player registration fees will go up $155.00 per player, regardless of number of players registered

***Please note that registration will take place at Mason Park Gym on the dates posted on the Events Calendar. Mason Park is not associated with AYSO. Please refer all soccer questions to AYSO.
